Katere so običajne metode hlajenja elektronskih radiatorjev

In the process of using electronic radiators, we need to have a simple understanding of its heat dissipation methods. Let's take a look at the relevant descriptions about the heat dissipation methods of electronic radiators.

For passive electronic radiators, according to the heat dissipation medium, they can be divided into four heat dissipation methods: air cooling, water cooling, semiconductor refrigeration, and chemical refrigeration. Air cooling, as the name implies, is to take away the heat from the CPU through a circulating fan cooling fan, and its heat dissipation medium is air. Water cooling is to take away the heat emitted by the CPU through water. Its heat dissipation medium is a liquid such as water. Its efficiency is higher than that of air cooling. However, it has a fatal weakness, that is, the refrigeration equipment is complicated and there is a hidden danger of water leakage. Therefore, it has not yet entered the large-scale practical stage.

Semiconductor cooling uses a special type of semiconductor refrigeration film to produce a temperature difference when it is energized. Its refrigeration temperature is low, and the temperature of the cold surface can reach below minus 10 degrees Celsius, but the cost is too high. The fourth type is even rarer. Some ultra-low temperature chemicals are used to reduce the temperature by absorbing a lot of heat when they melt. For example, using dry ice can reduce the temperature to below minus 20 degree .
